Job Description :
Responsible for providing support to product and company customers who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging Service Desk Express product. Support based on Dot Net and RDBMS.
Educating Customers about how to use particular Product Feature
Clarifying Customer queries around Product Usage.
Reproducing the issues which customer faces at in house
Desired Candidate Profile :
Candidate should be open to work in US Shifts (night shifts/graveyard shifts)
Candidate should be excellent in communication skills who can handle US clients. Candidates with regional accent will not be a right fit for this requirement.

UG Qualifications:
BE / B.Tech (Aeronautical, Automobile Engg, Chemical, Civil, Computer Science, Electrical, Electrical and Electronics, Electronics and Communication, Electronics and Instrumentation, Information Technology, Marine, Mechanical)
Minimum Marks: 55%
Graduation after: 2011.
