Job Description : We are in the process for recruiting 

B.Tech/MCA/MSC/BCA/BSC COMPUTERS fresher's on the 

following terms and conditions. - We are recruiting freshers 

for our in house products and for social networking website. 

Training can be in any technology-JAVA, PHP, ASP.NET, 

RUBY ON RAILS - Any domain experience  

Terms: 

 - Each candidate who gets selected in our selection process 

need to deposit an amount of 1 lakh + Service tax.

- Bond period is One and Half Year 

- Amount of 1 lakh is refundable . - Each candidate who gets 

selected would be signing a legal agreement i.e. 

Memorandum of Understanding, Guarantee agreement from 

parents with Mekhanesoft. 

- It states that in between the service of One and Half year 

the amount will not be refundable in any circumstances. 

- Selected candidates parents would be witness for the 

agreement, no counseling is given to their parents. 

- Once the candidate joins Mekhanesoft he/she would be 

undergoing through training for about 6 months. 

- Each candidate would be paid a stipend of 120,000/- P/A 

i.e. 10,000 P/M which includes all eligible deductions as per 

Government of Andhra Pradesh presentjobs.com  

- Their designations in the training period would be Trainee 

Software Engineer and after training period it would be Jr. 

Software Engineer  

Desired Profile: We are looking for freshers with excellent 

problem solving skills.  

Qualification: Computer graduates, B.E / MCA/MSC or 

equivalent.  

Work Experience: Fresher's on any technology
