Candidate Profile
•Min. 3-4 years’ experience in ASP.NET using VB.NET
•Required expertise on Microsoft SQL Server 2005 / 2008
•Exposure to development using Microsoft Visual Basic.NET 3.5 and proficient on MS SQL Server 2008 with TSQL.
•Exposure to MS Visual Studio 2008, MS SQL Server 2008, VB.NET,AJAX
•Exposure to Software Development that includes Design, Development, and Implementation of Enterprise Applications.
•Demonstrated experience with applications using VB.NET,AJAX
•Exposure to Code Version Tools like VSS, Subversion etc

Fresher Fresher - •Analyse system specifications and translate system requirements to task specifications for self as well as for junior programmers.
•Consulting clients/colleagues concerning the maintenance and performance of software system, clarify details and implement information
•Responsible for implementing all jobs / task in an efficient manner with minimum / no assistance from the leads
•Understand code quickly and learn / navigate unfamiliar code quickly and take active participation in regular planning & controlling of the project along with Team Lead / Project Manager.
•Demonstrate creativity in identifying effective approaches to software and solution development process and promote opportunities for product innovation.
•Troubleshoot and resolve application and database issues.
•Work closely with development team / personnel to assist in application issues fixes.
•Manage & solve issues related to technical components of application systems to maximize performance and minimize downtime and business disruption.
