Monitoring and managing database schemas/tables by using SQL queries.
Recommend timely actions and solutions to customer service requests.
Taking Backup of all server databases on daily basis & also monitoring all servers CPU, Memory usage, and temperature also
Revenue maximization through innovative packaging and selling of content.
Managing customer centric operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by providing standard delivery & quality services
Coordination with the VAS Managers for revenue enhancement, churn and retention strategies.
