Job Description
We are looking for several Ruby on Rails Developers ( mid levels, seniors, team lead ) to join us for an incredible opportunity to work on several assignments including a challenging social application at this very moment.
Key skills we are interested in:
· Minimum 1 year of software development experience using Ruby as a primary programming language
· Should have significant experience, relevant to the position, using Ruby on Rails (RoR) framework
· Have experience working with Client side technologies like HTML, Java Script, AJAX
· Nice to have prior experience with Java Script libraries like prototype, closures, jQuery, etc.
· Big plus to have working knowledge of other OOP languages like Java, C#, etc.
· Ability to adopt/learn quickly various add-on technologies in addition to the core technology stack
· Prior experience with SQL required
· Experience with any RDBMS is required (Schema design & MySQL is a big plus)
· Should be comfortable in using Test Driven Development (TDD), Agile (Scrum) methodologies (no prior exp required tho)
· Ability to hire, train, and lead a team of developers (for senior & team lead role)
· Smart thinking with hard working abilities
· Should be comfortable to interact with our end clients/teams when required
