Desired Candidate Profile
Must have good expertise in WEB based project development with excellent command on C#, ASP.NET,Sql Server.Excellent communication skills,Should be available to join within 30 days if selected.

Development / Customization of large business applications such as e-Insurance Systems, e-Unit Trust Systems, ERP System, e-Financial Services System and other enterprise systems.
==> Extensive usage of ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server 2005/2008
==> Implementation of MVC Architecture, Framework 3.5/4.0, Silverlight, Web-services and WCF
==> Integration with multi-technology applications
==> Involves Complex Modules with business transactions
==> Browser-independent applications
==> Implementation of Multiple .NET Design patterns
==> Team size of more than 20 in the project

Responsibilities:
==>Analyze the requirements (Either by directly interacting with the relevant users or based on Functional/Technical Specifications)
==>Programming UI Layer, Business Layer and Data Layer, using best practices / coding standards
==>Project situation based Problem solving
==>Unit Testing and Deliveries
==>Independently handle one or more modules
==>Contribute to new technology initiatives (Usage of new architectures/tools, Usage of design patterns, Usage of relevant coding methodologies to improve performance, scalability, reusability etc.)

Technical:
==>0.6 to 2 years of work experience in ASP.NET
==>Must have good expertise in VB.NET or C#.NET
==>Must have done atleast 2-3 projects using these technologies
==>Must have used .NET Framework 2.0 or 3.5
==>Must have used Visual Studio 2005 / 2008 extensively
==>Must have basic knowledge in SQL programming
==>Must have basic exposure to Coding standards and Best practices.

General:
==>Must have acceptable communication
==>Must have good aptitude / logical & analytical skills
==>Must have good attitude
==>Must be willing to adapt to new environments
==>Must be willing to accept newer challenges
==>Willingness to travel abroad for Development /Implementation / Support, will be an added advantage.

Functional:
==>Must have done real-time / live projects
==>Must be able to explain projects very clearly
==>Must have done atleast 1 to 3 projects in the specified technologies
==>Knowledge of any domain from previous projects would be an added advantage.
