Instructional Designer Job Description : Designation : Instructional Designer Candidate will be responsible for creating and updating content related to the various domains such as Finance and Banking, K10 and K12, and technology sectors. Keywords: * Instructional Design * Instructional Designer * Content Developer * Content Writer * Storyboarding * Senior Instructional Designer * Conceptualizing * Visualization * Efficient communication Job Responsibilities: 1. Creating Instructional Design strategies based on Instructional Design principles. 2. Comprehending content gathered from Subject Matter Experts and consolidating the information. 3. Creating content outline based on the source content. 4. Conducting online research for various subjects such as Finance, Banking and technology. 5. Creating content that would be transformed into learning programs 6. Chunking and paraphrasing content 7. Conceptualizing relevant examples, analogies, and case studies as the content demands. 8. Creating storyboards from the analyzed content. 9. Interact with the development team for the design and integration of the training programs. Desired Profile : 1. Prolific writer with the ability to expertly transform the raw information gathered from various sources into relevant content 2. Ability to interact with diverse groups, spanning at all organizational levels 3. Firm sense of accountability and ownership towards content development 4. Excellent verbal and written skills 5. Good command over English 6. Demonstrated ability to implement processes, and maintain deadlines with minimal supervision 7. Demonstrated reliability, integrity and confidentiality of the content 8. Relevant experience in writing/editing HR related content would be an added advantage 9. Any 3+ years instructional design or curriculum design experience would be a plus point.
