Job Description :
MySybase support customers get customized content including Case Activity, Profiled Downloads, MyTech Docs, and My Newsgroups tailored to the products and platforms you selected in account setup.
Role:

· Providing support for LAN infrastructure ( desktop, and laptop troubleshooting )

· Troubleshooting on Windows XP OS issues

· Outlook configuring and troubleshooting on all kind of issues in Outlook which include creating .pst, adding different mailbox to user.

· Providing support for VPN using dial-up connection, wireless connection and broadband connection

· Providing support for Outlook Web Access

· Providing support for the Blackberry Enterprise Server

· A very good understanding of the Corporate network connection
